The story takes place in a secluded village, Kasumi-kogencho, also known as "Kasumi no sato(Misty Village)". In this remote village lies a private vocational school for "Kunoichi"(female ninja),called "Shinobi Gakuen". The elite, future Kunoichi are girls from all over Japan, trained to become fullfill her dream to become a ninja. The story goes with her trainee friends, Asami, Shikimi, Himeji and Yusura. There are both tears and laughter in her school days. Will her training pass the tests of the outside world?
