A bizarre string of murders continue, as High school girls are targeted and mutilated with scissors. As the police investigate, the murders committed lead to a copy cat killer. Now, the copy cat killer is being hunted not only by the police but the original killer as well. The puzzling events progress, and the shocking truth is revealed.
