STORY: Five years after the legendary Shibuya Riots, the Tribes (gang units) and the streets remain their battleground. Kai, the protagonist, has been living a peaceful life as a member of SARU. However, his world is shattered when his SARU friends are killed by the WU-RONZ, a rival gang led by his former best friend, Mera. SARU's leader, Terra, had always followed a policy of avoiding violence, but after Mera murders him, a rift forms within SARU. Kai, determined to honor Terra's wish for peace, finds himself at odds with the hardliners in his gang who seek revenge. This internal conflict reignites the tension, dragging all of Tokyo back into a new war.
