STORY: Inushichi who has the mark of an ex-con on his forehead happens to become an assistant to a rookie police detective , Tagami. One day, an anonymity informs Inushichi that the big fire in the prostitute area a few days ago was caused by an arson, not an accident. He starts the investigation of this case in his brutal way. He uses a police club for men and his own for women to get suspects confessed.
