STORY: Japan, plagued by rising violent crime and lacking an overt intelligence agency, becomes a target for criminal organizations worldwide. To combat this, the covert unit K-13 is formed within the National Police Agency. Under the leadership of their top agent, codenamed Mirage, K13 is tasked with not only combating violent crimes but also addressing politically and socially sensitive cases that cannot be resolved through conventional means—operating entirely in the shadows.
As a bill to expand police powers stirs tensions, aiming to create an FBI-like organization in Japan, a vast conspiracy emerges—one that threatens to implicate K-13 itself.
