STORY: Japan, having lost its function as a country after the dismantling of the UN and the devastation caused by an earthquake, is gradually recovering under the GGP (Global Government Plan), with life slowly returning to normal.
A girl named Rin Ogata enrolls at Musashino University. Despite her talent as a ballet dancer, she was forced to give up ballet due to a torn ligament, and now she begins her university life without a clear direction.

There she encounters Rideback, a humanoid robot that transforms into a motorbike. Rin soon discovers that her unique ballet skills with balance and finesse make her a natural fit for riding the Rideback. This chance encounter sets her on a path filled with battles, not only for others but for herself as well.
