STORY : Set in a post WWII, a story is about an elementary school teacher on a small, island. Although he is deaf, his personality and unique teaching skills inspire students and their parents. Comparing him to a big railway engine, the students call him Mr. Locomotive. One day, an incident happens that would bring the teacher and the students even closer.
